# Lumera

> Lumera is a digital wedding planning platform launching in February 2026. It serves as the central hub for couples, wedding planners, best men/maids of honor, vendors, and guests — replacing spreadsheets and scattered tools with one integrated system. Based in Germany, the product and interface are German-language. The website is at https://lumera.wedding.

## Core Concept

Lumera is designed to complement traditional paper invitations (Papeterie), not replace them. It bridges physical stationery with digital organization via QR codes or NFC-enabled cards. Every feature is interconnected: the guest list feeds the seating chart, the seating chart feeds the menu plan, the hotel list feeds the interactive map, and so on.

### Gästeliste (Guest List)
Central, always-up-to-date guest list. Guests RSVP digitally with meal choices, plus-ones, dietary needs, and children. Manual entry supported for guests who prefer to call. All data flows into every other feature automatically.

### Ablaufplan (Schedule / Timeline)
A shareable event timeline from welcome drinks to the morning-after brunch. Guests see it on their personal wedding page. Includes countdowns and supports last-minute changes via push notification.

### Menüplanung (Menu Planning)
Guests select their menu and report dietary restrictions during RSVP. Lumera aggregates all choices into a catering-ready overview showing exact counts per dish — directly linked to the seating chart.

### Sitzordnung (Seating Chart)
Drag-and-drop seating planner with various table shapes. Each guest carries their saved menu choice to their seat, giving caterers a visual per-table breakdown. Available in Package M and above.

### Hotelplanung (Hotel Planning)
Couples curate a selection of accommodations. Guests book directly or enter their own arrangements. The couple sees who is staying where, useful for shuttle planning. Close family can be pre-assigned rooms. Available in Package M and above.

### Virtuelle Fotobox (Virtual Photo Booth)
Shared photo gallery where guests upload snapshots with optional fun stickers. After the wedding, couples can combine guest photos with professional photographer shots into shareable albums.

### Hochzeits-News (Wedding News / Messaging)
A direct channel to all guests for schedule changes, reminders, or personal messages. Supports push notifications. Replaces chaotic group chats with a single, styled communication hub. Available in Package M and above.

### Persönliche Inhaltsseiten (Custom Content Pages)
A WYSIWYG editor for creating pages about the couple's story, travel tips, dress code, and more. Builds anticipation and answers common guest questions proactively.

### Shuttle-Service
Guests register for shuttle transport with one click. Couples define routes and time slots, get exact passenger lists. Pickup points automatically appear on each guest's personalized map. Available in Package L only.

### Interaktive Karte (Interactive Map)
Personalized per guest — shows the church, venue, assigned hotel, and relevant shuttle stops. One tap opens smartphone navigation.

### Big Screen
Turns venue displays into live info boards: welcome messages, seating charts, schedule, or a real-time slideshow of photo booth uploads. Available in Package L only.

### Digitaler Geschenketisch (Digital Gift Registry)
Couples create a wish list. Guests "reserve" gifts visibly to other guests to prevent duplicates, but the couple's view stays hidden to preserve surprise. Best men/maids of honor get full oversight.

### Kinderbetreuung (Childcare)
Plan professional childcare with defined times, age groups, and children's menus. Parents register kids digitally, giving the couple exact headcounts. Available in Package L only.

## Collaboration

Lumera supports multi-user collaboration. Wedding planners access the guest list, venues see the final menu selection, and best men/maids of honor can help with seating — all working from the same live data.

All prices are one-time payments, no subscriptions.

- **Package S ("Die intime Feier" / The Intimate Celebration):** €180 — 10 design templates, QR code stickers for paper invitations, core features (guest list, schedule, menu, photo booth, content pages, map, gift registry).
- **Package M ("Das große Fest" / The Grand Celebration):** €250 — 20 design templates, styled add-on cards for paper invitations, all Package S features plus seating chart, hotel planning, and wedding news.
- **Package L ("Die Traumhochzeit Deluxe" / The Dream Wedding Deluxe):** €350 — Fully custom design, custom styled add-on cards, all Package M features plus shuttle service, big screen, and childcare planning.
